TRUMP SUGGESTS NATO SHOULD INTERCEPT RUSSIAN AIRCRAFT DURING MEETING WITH UKRAINIAN LEADER

In a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in New York, former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that NATO member nations should take action against Russian military planes entering their airspace.

When questioned about Hungary’s continued reliance on Russian oil, Trump indicated he would discuss the matter with Prime Minister Viktor Orban, expressing confidence that such dialogue would lead Hungary to cease purchasing Russian energy resources.

Regarding his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump deferred comment, suggesting he would address the nature of their relationship in approximately one month. He characterized Russia as maintaining significant military capabilities while facing severe economic challenges.

On the subject of potential security guarantees for Ukraine, Trump described the question as premature, offering no specific commitments during the discussions.
