A significant real estate exhibition has commenced in the capital, bringing together numerous developers and presenting a wide array of residential opportunities. The event, now in its fifth iteration in Yerevan, showcases over 150 projects featuring more than 30,000 apartments located both domestically and internationally.
Organizers report unprecedented interest, with visitor registrations doubling compared to previous years. A large turnout was observed even before the official opening, signaling strong public engagement with the property market.
A key feature of this year’s exhibition is the availability of a special tax benefit on 15,000 apartments, applicable to properties in Yerevan and regional areas. For those unable to attend in person, a dedicated mobile application has been launched, allowing potential buyers to browse available properties and make selections remotely.
The exhibition has expanded beyond national borders, with one of its previous editions held in Moscow. A company representative involved with the event described it as a celebratory occasion for families, emphasizing its role in facilitating new beginnings and future memories for residents.
International brands are also participating, offering full-service residential experiences. Among the featured projects is a unique residential district in Tsakhkadzor, offering apartments ranging from 24 to 65 square meters. This development, slated for completion in the summer of 2028, includes entertainment and commercial zones, with special purchase incentives available for a limited time.
Exclusive offers extend beyond housing. One project provides direct access to ski slopes, while a partnership with an automotive group enables buyers to receive a discount on a new car alongside their apartment purchase.
The event continues to present what organizers describe as a shortened and profitable path to homeownership, with numerous opportunities for acquiring property under favorable conditions.
