Turkey has officially barred Israeli aircraft from entering its airspace, according to a statement from Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The announcement was made during a parliamentary session focused on the ongoing situation in Gaza.
Fidan accused Israel of obstructing humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza, stating that hunger is being used as a weapon in the conflict. He further characterized Israel’s actions as “state terrorism” and warned that the violence in the region is escalating.
The move represents a significant deterioration in relations between the two nations and marks another chapter in the ongoing Middle East conflict.
