YEREVAN – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in China. The planned encounter was confirmed following Pashinyan’s recent statements indicating he would have contact with the Russian leader during his visit.
The meeting comes after Pashinyan already held discussions with Chinese President Xi Jinping, where both sides agreed to strengthen collaboration within the SCO framework. The upcoming dialogue with Putin is seen as a significant step in ongoing diplomatic engagements between the two nations.
