BAKU—Judicial proceedings involving former military and political officials from the Nagorno-Karabakh region are continuing in Azerbaijan’s capital. According to reports, prosecutors have submitted materials connected to military engagements that took place in April of this year.
The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for September 29.
