COURT PERMITS ARTSVIK MINASYAN TO ATTEND PARLIAMENTARY SESSION

YEREVAN – A court has authorized Artsvik Minasyan to leave his current location and attend a session of the “Armenia” parliamentary faction. The judicial body lifted previous restrictions that had barred his movement to the National Assembly.

The decision came after legal representatives successfully petitioned the court, resulting in the removal of travel limitations that had prevented the politician from participating in legislative activities. This ruling enables Minasyan to fulfill his parliamentary duties alongside fellow faction members.

The development marks a significant change in the legal circumstances surrounding the parliamentarian, allowing his return to official political proceedings at the legislature.
