NETHERLANDS ALLOCATES €14 MILLION FOR HOUSING AID TO ARTSAKH RESIDENTS

The Netherlands has pledged 14 million euros in funding to support affordable housing initiatives for individuals from the Artsakh region. The announcement was made by Dutch Foreign Minister David Van Wel following discussions with Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan.

The financial package is specifically designated to help provide accessible apartment options for Artsakh residents affected by recent regional developments. The housing assistance program aims to address urgent accommodation needs within the displaced community.

While the Dutch foreign ministry has publicly confirmed the aid package through official channels, Armenian authorities have yet to issue a formal statement regarding the housing support initiative. The funding represents continued international support for those impacted by the situation in the South Caucasus region.

The housing assistance program is expected to be implemented through coordinated efforts between relevant authorities and humanitarian organizations working in the region.
