YEREVAN – A prominent legal representative has announced the initiation of fresh litigation against several individuals. The lawsuits target Aram Sargsyan, Lusine Badalyan, and Gevorg Papoyan.
The attorney, Hovhannes Khudoyan, stated that the legal measures are a direct response to what he described as a campaign of misinformation and deception. The court filings specifically challenge statements deemed defamatory and insulting directed at the Armenian Revolutionary Federation.
This legal action is presented as a necessary step to counter what the plaintiff’s side characterizes as fraudulent claims and to protect the reputation of the political organization from what they allege are baseless attacks.
