PATH TO ARTSAKH’S RETURN NOW MORE FEASIBLE THAN EVER, SAYS GENERAL

The prospects for the collective return to Artsakh are now more achievable than at any previous point, according to a high-ranking military official. Lieutenant General Tiran Khachatryan stated that the current situation presents a viable solution to the ongoing crisis.

Speaking at a public event, the General emphasized that the path forward is now clearer. He argued that the recognition of Artsakh’s statehood is no longer a distant objective but an attainable goal, provided it is pursued through official state channels. He stressed that such a diplomatic initiative, if properly organized, stands a strong chance of success, whereas efforts led by non-governmental organizations would likely lack the necessary political backing.

When questioned about the absence of a particular political group from the day’s proceedings, Khachatryan suggested that their goals are inconsistent and designed to create public confusion. He stated that their positions lack a coherent and logical foundation, contrasting them with a clear and reasoned approach to the issue.
