RUSSIAN PRESIDENT TO ATTEND SCO SUMMIT IN CHINA, HOLD BILATERAL TALKS

Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to travel to China for an official visit spanning from August 31st to September 3rd, according to official sources. The visit will center around his participation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit.
