Russian authorities are pursuing the confiscation of an extensive collection of luxury and vintage vehicles as part of an ongoing anti-corruption investigation involving a former high-ranking defense official. The Prosecutor General’s Office has filed legal documents demanding the return of state property valued at approximately 100 million rubles.
The collection includes 23 automobiles and 13 motorcycles registered under various names connected to the former official, including family members and associates. Many of the vehicles were registered to a company identified as “Germes-Tehno” LLC.
Among the sought vehicles are multiple high-end models including a Cadillac Escalade and two Bentley Continental automobiles. The collection also features numerous vintage Soviet-era vehicles, including several classic models manufactured between the 1940s and 1970s. The motorcycle collection consists primarily of Harley-Davidson models alongside Soviet-made motorcycles from different periods.
The legal action represents one of the more substantial property seizure attempts in recent Russian anti-corruption proceedings, highlighting the scale of assets allegedly acquired through improper means. The case continues to develop as prosecutors seek to reclaim what they characterize as misappropriated state resources.
