STATE BUDGET REVENUES SHOW STRONG GROWTH IN FIRST THREE QUARTERS OF 2025

YEREVAN – Armenia’s state budget revenues have recorded significant growth during the first nine months of 2025, according to official data released by tax authorities.

Between January and September, total state revenue reached 2 trillion 12.8 billion drams, exceeding planned quarterly budget targets by 13.4 billion drams. The collected amount represents an increase of 7.4 billion drams, or 0.4%, over initial projections.

The revenue performance shows even stronger growth when compared to the same period last year. Tax collections for the first three quarters of 2025 have risen by 245.6 billion drams compared to 2024, representing a substantial 13.9% year-over-year increase. During the comparable period in 2024, state budget revenues totaled 1 trillion 767.2 billion drams.

The positive revenue figures come amid stable exchange rate conditions in the Armenian financial market. Current exchange rates show the US dollar trading at 382.74 drams, while the euro stands at 448.8 drams and the Russian ruble at 4.68 drams.
