A major Yerevan branch of Unibank has extended its daily operating schedule to better accommodate customers. The “Mashtots” location will now serve clients from 9:30 AM until 7:00 PM on weekdays, providing additional evening availability for those unable to visit during standard business hours.
This schedule adjustment represents the bank’s ongoing initiative to enhance accessibility across its branch network. Several other locations already offer extended or specialized hours, including the “Dalma” branch which remains open from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM daily without closures, and the “Garegin Nzhdeh” branch operating until 9:30 PM on weekdays with Saturday availability. The “Zvartnots” branch provides continuous 24/7 service.
The extended hours specifically target working professionals and individuals with daytime commitments who require after-hours banking services. This customer-centric approach complements the institution’s parallel development of digital banking platforms, where mobile applications for both individual and corporate clients continue to receive significant investment.
The strategic emphasis on both physical accessibility and digital innovation reflects evolving consumer preferences in financial management, positioning the institution at the forefront of Armenia’s financial technology sector while maintaining comprehensive branch services.
